Once you subscribe, you will be charged for the first period and we will take a subscription fee worth of 1 month of subscription as a deposit.  This deposit will be returned to you 30 days after you cancel your subscription, interest free.  Given that you do not have any outstanding balance on your account.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:  The use of the mailing address is for regular mail and some regular reception of packages.  If the Service Provider starts receiving an excess of packages/boxes which could not fit a regular sized mailbox; The Service Provider will start charging handling fees per extra package/box.  For the sake of clarity, we consider regular amount of received boxes anything that is below or equal to 2 (two) per day, or below 25 (Twenty-Five) per month. 

Any excess of handled packages during a particular month, will be invoiced separately on the next calendar month, at a rate of $5 (five) per package/box.  All boxes should be picked up within 48 hours from the time the Client receives the notification from the Service Provider.  Any delay in the pick-up will result in a storage fee of $5 (Five) per day per package/Box.

Any package/box which is not collected by the Client within 30 days will be disposed of, following the procedures adopted by the Service Provider.  The Service Provider might decide at its discretion to keep storing the boxes for the Client, should there be a compelling and reasonable reason to do so.  Storage fees will continue to apply during this period.

All additional fees will be subject to HST.

There is NO GUARANTEE whatsoever from the Service Provider that the packages will be received outside working hours.  Our facility is not staffed and the reception of packages will be done on a best effort basis, when and where there will be someone in the premises during working hours.  The Client acknowledges and agrees, that The Service Provider will not be held responsible and will not be liable for any partial or total damage, or for any loss of any packages.
